Peter has been involved in the homebuilding M&A field since 2003. In addition to performing in excess of 100 valuations, Peter has played a role in structuring, negotiating, and closing over $1.5 billion in transactions. He brings more than 35 years of residential real estate experience to the firm. 

Joe Walsh

Joe brings over 40 years of homebuilding, land development, and real estate experience to Hazeloop-Walsh and Associates. Since retiring from Lennar as a Regional President, Joe has worked extensively in homebuilding consulting, debt restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions.
